The Digital Analyst turns data into actionable recommendations to improve the user experience and KPI’s. Everything you do is aimed at providing practical, tangible steps of change that can be implemented to bring additional value to our clients. Responsibilities include analyzing website and marketing data, drafting internal reports, creating client facing presentations, and providing compelling recommendations that will lead to better results for clients and more work for BLVR.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Build dashboards and perform competitive benchmarking and trending
  • Capture web analytics data primarily with Google Search Service, Google Analytics and Google Search Appliance
  • Capture analytics from various marketing channels, including but not limited to social networks, email systems and SEO programs
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative methodologies to analyze captured data
  • Provide in-depth and insightful custom reports to communicate key metrics and findings
  • Recommend and create A/B or multivariate tests to improve user experience and conversion
  • Document digital marketing strategies and processes and recommend improvements
  • Implement and configure analytics platforms and facilitate analytics code implementations
  • Research, create, implement and manage PPC campaigns with Google, Yahoo!, Bing, etc.
  • Manage 3rd party partners to effectively and efficiently allocate budget
  • Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies to deliver maximum return on investment
  • Provide advice to Marketing and Interactive teams on optimizing digital marketing strategies
Job Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in marketing, business or a related field, MBA a plus
  • 4+ years experience in Web Analytics core competencies
  • 3+ years experience in SEM/SEO core competencies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced online environment interacting with business partners, other analysts, information architects, UX/UI designers, & web/app developers required
  • Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics required
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
  • Certified Google Advertising Professional preferable
  • Google Search Appliance Implementation experience preferable
