Digital Marketing Manager

Basically, Digital Marketing Managers make marketing happen. Through careful coordination with other teams such as sales, creative services, analytics, and IT, these superhuman creatures plan and lead execution of digital marketing strategies that maximize your company’s return on investment—and shine a major spotlight on your products or services across multiple digital platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Works directly into the VP and CEO
  • Manages, supports and trains Digital Marketing Coordinators and Interns to provide the utmost level of client service and meet the objectives of the agency

Digital Marketing

  • Ability to manage marketing campaign strategy and planning, content development, and delivery across all digital channels
  • Deep understanding and passion for all things related to email, social, content, SEO, PPC, and display advertising campaigns
  • Apply expertise to demonstrate how digital communications can improve the reach and enhance effectiveness of marketing campaign content.
  • Experience with marketing technologies including marketing automation/email marketing, CRM, CMS, and web analytics
  • Partner with the User Experience team on the management and evolution of digital branding elements that are incorporated across all of our digital properties.
  • Fluency in lead generation, loyalty programs, and email marketing as a tool for acquisition and retention
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize campaign marketing efforts and budget allocations based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure messaging, creative design, audience, and conversion tests
  • Ability to utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Ensure digital communication projects/programs are executed within strict conformance with risk, security and other applicable standards and support the development of new standards for evolving channels.


  • Collaborate with other Team Members to develop and present strategies and appropriate POVs to clients
  • Be the “subject matter expert,”on the Client’s business and industry. Lead the agency team in understanding and knowing this information and translating it into marketing opportunity for the client
  • Provide feedback and counsel to account staff to meet Account Service team objectives


  • Develop and manage marketing campaign budget, timelines, and reporting
  • Clearly communicates when projects are out of scope and manages these to either be estimated or prioritized based on approved hours
  • Promote the expansion of creative projects with existing clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the aptitude in fostering long-term relationships

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in delivering digital marketing services for marketing agency
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Direct agency/agency type setting/professional services environment is required
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
