BLVR is seeking a highly knowledgeable and Creative Producer, with a digital focus, who knows how to lead and execute world-class brand storytelling at scale. Candidate must be passionate about marketing, storytelling, and technology. This person must also be creative, solutions-driven and organized to ensure high quality work is delivered on time in a fast-paced, collaborative, roll-up your sleeves and creative environment.

You will be joining a diverse collection of creators, connected by a shared purpose of crafting meaningful and purposeful digital experiences. In this role you will help lead our Integrated Production team to deliver best-in-class websites and content.

A passion for technology, storytelling and the ability to help drive creative solutions across multiple platforms is imperative.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of digital production, including pre-production, production, workflow, timelines, development team management, delivery and budget tracking
  • Manage interdisciplinary teams to build world class websites, mobile applications, products and experiences
  • Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems; consistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress, process, relevant delays or issues and budget implications
  • You are a people person, a self-starter! Your role is to bring all of our talent together and ensure great work is done collaboratively across departments and with our production partners
  • You shape new projects into a joint success by leading the production on our behalf: you’re the pace and peacemaker, principally responsible for projects’ timely and expectations-exceeding delivery
  • You’re responsible for scoping and quoting projects as well as timing and planning production work; you establish what gets done and when, making sure projects are profitable and doable, with realistic targets and deadlines
  • Stay abreast of new trends in technology, social and content and suggest new ways to implement these trends/technologies
  • Work collaboratively and proactively with internal teams and external partners to communicate project requirements and ensure efficient development and delivery of content, assets or websites pending the project requirements
  • Identify, vet and on-board new and existing development partners
  • Identify and vet new production companies, directors, artists, animators, editors, etc.
  • Negotiate contracts, scopes and other agreements
  • Support creative in finding imagery, video, UGC or other assets as needed
  • Collaborate with account to create internal estimates and scope documents

Qualities and Qualifications

  • Must have 5-7 years of experience across digital (and content)
  • Keen interest in project management of technology first productions
  • Solid understanding of design tools (Figma, InVision, Sketch, Smartsheets, etc.) and the web development process
  • Willingness and experience stepping outside of web production to lead non-traditional campaign work
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet their performance metrics both from an internal and client perspective
  • Understand risk and limitations of web technologies
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done on time and within budget
  • Must be a team player and self-starter with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Ability to collaborate with clients, consultants, designers, and technologists, and an ability to seamlessly integrate and draw from diverse skill sets
  • Proven team leadership and management experience, with the ability to inspire teams and shepard them toward goals
  • Foster a user centric approach towards everything we are making
  • Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript
  • Preferably you are a genuinely good human with great bedside manner
