Director of Digital & Production
Nathan is a digital production veteran with over 15 years of experience. He joined BLVR from Chiat Day where he served as the Director of Digital Production from 2016 to 2020. While at Chiat, Nathan was responsible for fostering digital and social innovation across the agency. He has specifically led multi-platform work for brands including Taco Bell, Gatorade, PlayStation, Nintendo, Airbnb, Kraft, The Grammys and Pop Secret.
Every day, Nathan aspires to build teams and make people feel something, rather than simply tell them something. He believes collaboration is the foundation of building impactful, original and shareable brand experiences. He feels fortunate to have had his work recognized at Cannes, The One Show and ANDYs, among others.
Maggie is a brand/communications strategist with a decade of cross-functional experience building and positioning brands across a wide range of verticals. Over the years, she’s had the pleasure of partnering with some of the world’s leading brands including Nordstrom, TABASCO, Disney, Bare Escentuals, Cox Communications, Gruppo Campari, Cisco Systems, and Union Bank. Whether it’s established category leaders that need a refresh or emerging category disruptors that need to get their name out, Maggie is passionate about helping brands to better understand their consumers, identify the competitive white space, and articulate their purpose in a meaningful way.
Damin brings two decades of award-winning design experience to the creative team at BLVR. He is passionate about conceptualizing and designing ways for brands to communicate with authenticity and heart. He encourages the creative team to push boundaries, striving for smart, disruptive work that goes beyond aesthetics. Sterling has created hundreds of identities and worked with a range of clients including global brands like TaylorMade Golf, the San Diego Chargers, Switchfoot, and international nonprofits such as Restore International, World Vision, and The Steven Spielberg Foundation.
Eric is an expert web developer and development team leader. He is driven to create meaningful web experiences that delight users and solve client problems. He has extensive knowledge of all web-based programming languages, with a focus on LAMP stack, Magento, and WordPress. His experience ranges from building custom back-end solutions to implementing existing front-end technologies—all while learning and applying new techniques.
With over a decade in strategy across multiple industries, conducting consumer and market research spanning 12 countries, Stefanie leads BLVR’s consumer insight and strategy division. Her commitment to uncovering universal truths that define cross-cultural behavior can be seen in Fortune 100 client work such as GE, Cisco, and Wal-mart, and additionally in smaller food and beverage and tech companies. Her passion for understanding human motivators and drivers began at a young age when living overseas; where blending in meant access to the best restaurants, local shopping markets, events, and meeting individuals who challenged her way of thinking and seeing the world. True to form, her loves continue to include traveling, surfing, rock-climbing, and seeking out the best experiential events in any given culture.
Mimi has dedicated her career to creating positive and delightful experiences for users. With her Bachelors degree in Psychology, Mimi is fascinated by human behavior and how people interact with technology. During her time at BLVR, she’s had the opportunity to work with clients such as Andis, The Market Place, Isle, and Speak Your Silence. When she’s not designing, Mimi is eating her way through the San Diego foodie scene, traveling the world, or rewatching Marvel movies.
